Here at PRO CHECK INSPECTIONS INC. our inspectors are trained to perform an unbiased visual inspection of the prospected property. PRE-PURCHASE / PRE-SALE INSPECTIONS
A typical home inspection takes 2 to 4 hours depending on the size and age of the home. You are encouraged to be present during the inspection process to better understand the report and address any questions or concerns regarding the home and any components thereof. The inspection will cover and document 8 major systems and components listed in the Standards of Practice including, but not limited to, Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Insulation and Ventilation, Electrical, Heating and Cooling Systems, Plumbing and Interiors.
NEW HOME BUILDER'S WARRANTY INSPECTIONS
New homes often have a one year Builder's Warranty provided to the homeowner. Having an inspection on your home prior to the expiration of this warranty gives you the homeowner a proffessional report to address any repairs or other concerns you may have to go over with the builder. This will provide you with the peace of mind regarding the condition of your new home.
MOLD INSPECTION
Similar process to a Home Inspection but with a focus on moisture intrusion, thoroughly investigating a structure to determine it's current condition relative to the posibility of fungal contamination. The inspector will also provide you with a basic knowledge about the effects of indoor air quality on the integrity of your home and of course - your health and well being.
Included with this inspection is a written report and laboratory analysis detailing:
*the air quality from samples taken inside and outside the structure using sophisticated air sampling equipment.
*results of any samples taken from suspected mold sites either through surface, bulk swabbing or tape lift sampling methods. If you suspect mold in your home this inspection service will tell you what it is, if its harmful, what steps to take to get rid of it and how to prevent further contamination.
